JPJ counters in MCO states will be limited to just 3 services

The Road Transport Department (JPJ) will continue operating throughout the Movement Control Order (MCO) but services will be limited just 3 and these are mainly targeted at commercial vehicle drivers and owners.

Services at JPJ counters in states observing MCO will be limited to:

• Renewal of commercial vehicle road tax
• Renewal of commercial vehicle driving and vocational licenses
• The issuing of public ID access to the MySikap online system

Operation hours will remain the same from 9 am to 4 pm. The changes are limited to only states observing full lockdown, this includes states like Kelantan and Negeri Sembilan. Other states under the Conditional MCO and Recovery MCO will remain business as usual.
