The Ora Good Cat made headlines recently after being spotted on a trailer in Malaysia, alongside the Ora R1. With the Bangkok Motor Show taking place right now, we have received clearer images of this adorable EV from our colleagues at Autofun.
The electric motor of the Ora Good Cat is capable of 145 PS/210 Nm and powers the front wheels.
Unveiled at the Chengdu Auto Show in July 2020, the Good Cat is built on GWM’s Lemon platform which also underpins the Haval H6 and the Haval First Love.
Despite its adorable looks, the Ora Good Cat is similarly sized to the Proton X50, measuring 4,235 mm in length, 1,825 mm in width, and 1,596 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,650 mm.

The Ora Good Cat is available with either a 401 km range battery (47.8 kWh) or a 501 km range battery (59.1 kWh)
The Ora Good Cat is bound for the Thai market, but as for now, the units on display at the motor show are left-hand-drive versions with Chinese-Market GB/T type charging sockets.
We’re not sure on GoAuto’s plan to bring the Ora Good Cat to Malaysia, but a right-hand-drive Thai version (if it happens) gives us hope of seeing this adorable EV being sold in Malaysia.
