Perodua Myvi S-Edition 2020 vs Myvi GT: Mana satu pilihan hati?

Kita baru-baru ini dikejutkan dengan berita Perodua memperkenalkan Perodua Myvi S-Edition 2020 di Brunei seiringan model biasa. Jangan terkejut kalau anda dengar Malaysia bukanlah negara pertama untuk menerima model ini.

Digelar Myvi S-Edition, ia diinspirasikan oleh Myvi GT yang ditayangkan di 2018 Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show (2018 KLIMS).

Walaubagaimanapun, tidak seperti Myvi GT yang dibina berdasarkan Myvi 1.5 AV, kereta Myvi S-Edition pasaran Brunei adalah berdasarkan Myvi 1.3G spesifikasi rendah.

Jom lihat dengan lebih dekat lagi dan bandingkan Myvi S-Edition dengan kereta konsep yang ditayangkan dua tahun lalu.

Luaran – Kereta konsep diturunkan tahapnya untuk produksi

Sekali imbas, bahagian hadapan Myvi S-Edition sebahagian besarnya diinspirasikan oleh Myvi GT, tapi ia juga ada beberapa perubahan kecil.

Sebagai contoh, Myvi S-Edition diberi gril atas jenis jaring – berbeza dengan gril hadapan hitam merah Myvi GT. Myvi S-Edition juga tidak mempunyai perincian merah seperti yang ada pada kereta konsep tersebut.

Di bahagian sisinya pula, ia diberi rim aloi 14 inci yang baru, stiker badan serta skirt sisi. Tetapi, ia tiada rim aloi ‘fender-filling’ 17 inci, suspension yang boleh dilaras, atau brek Bembo. Gerbang tayar yang kembang juga tiada pada Myvi S-Edition yang sekarang.

Bila kita beralih ke bahagian belakangnya pula, Myvi S-Edition tampak lebih sama dengan Myvi 1.3 yang biasa. Perbezaannya hanya bahagian ‘diffuser’ yang dilekatkan di belakang serta spoiler belakang yang agak besar – sangat berbeza dengan bahagian ‘diffuser’ Myvi GT yang tampak lebih kemas. Lampu brek yang jelas pada Myvi GT tidak ditawarkan pada Myvi S-Edition.

Akhir sekali, bahagian luarannya dikemaskan lagi dengan emblem S-Edition.

Dalaman – Macam sama je dengan Myvi biasa

Jika anda ingat ruang dalamannya sehebat badan luarannya, jangkaan anda mungkin meleset kerana bahagian dalaman Myvi S-Edition sama saja dengan Myvi 1.3G – dari stereng uretana hinggalah ke tempat duduk berfabriknya.

Lupakan saja tentang stereng fiber karbon pada Myvi GT, Myvi S-Edition juga tiada perincian merah yang cantik pada konsol gear, salur udara penghawa dingin, atau tempat duduk yang memeluk badan.

Tren kuasa – Juga sama dengan Myvi 1.3

Kuasa dijana daripada enjin petrol 4 silinder 1.3 liter yang menjana 95 PS dan 121 Nm, dipadankan dengan transmisi automatik 4-kelajuan.

Bagi pasaran Brunei, Perodua Myvi S-Edition dijual pada harga BND 23,300 (~RM 71,666), manakala Myvi 1.3G biasa pula dijual pada BND 17,246 (~RM 53,045).

Mahal? Padan lah, kerana perlu diingatkan yang harga antara negara yang berlainan tidak boleh dibanding terus kerana struktur cukainya yang berbeza.

Adakah ia akan sampai di Malaysia?

Ada peluang cerah untuk Myvi S-Edition dijual di pasaran Malaysia.

Walaubagaimanapun, tidak seperti versi Brunei yang berdasarkan varian Myvi 1.3G, kita boleh jangkakan yang Perodua akan menawarkan kit yang ada pada varian 1.5 liter pada Myvi kita nanti.
