Sime Darby Auto Performance (SDAP), the official distributor of Porsche models in Malaysia, has announced the tax-free prices for the Porsche Taycan, starting from RM 508,000 for the base Taycan to RM 934,000 for the Taycan Turbo S.

The announcement also mentioned the arrival of the Porsche Taycan GTS, positioned above the Taycan 4S and below the Taycan Turbo derivatives as the “sweet spot” of the model range. Prices for the GTS start from RM 708,000. However, there was no mention of the Sport Turismo body style in the press release.

The Taycan and Taycan Cross Turismo models now come with a Premium Package available as standard, offering enhanced specifications such as an on-board AC-charger with 22 kW, Mobile Charger Connect, Charging cable (mode 3), Home Energy Manager, Advanced Climate Control (4-Zone), electrically-folding exterior mirrors, passenger display and ParkAssist with surround view.

To recap, there are two battery sizes available for the Porsche Taycan depending on variant and options, which are the 79.2 kWh single-deck Performance Battery and the 93.4 kWh two-deck Performance Battery Plus.
