Honda HR-V continues top sales momentum in Thailand's April 2023 sales; extends lead over Toyota Corolla Cross

 

The Honda HR-V continues its rout as a sales leader in Thailand's subcompact SUV category in April 2023, as it bests the Toyota Corolla Cross for the fourth month running. 

Data compiled by Autolife sees Honda garnering 1,950 units of the model sold versus 1,321 units of the Corolla Cross in April 2023. Year to date sales has the Honda HR-V having a steady lead over the Toyota too (9,396 units vs 6,609 units respectively). 

Nissan Kicks

Far away in third place lies the Nissan Kicks with only 590 units sold in April, followed by the Mazda CX-30 (529 units) and MG ZS (211 cars).

Honda WR-V

Elsewhere in the standings the soon-to-come to Malaysia Haval Jolion lingers in 6th place with 413 units sold in April; a steady increase from the months prior. The Honda WR-V, confirmed coming to Malaysia, slipped a bit but still managed to sell a decent 181 cars  in the same month.

The Hyundai Creta (Specs | News) ā€“ recently launched here ā€“ had a month to forget, recording zero sales in Thailand for April.
