We know the Perodua D55L SUV is coming, but it could be here sooner than expected.
Submitted by one of our readers, this heavily-camouflaged car is almost certainly the Perodua D55L, touted to be the carmaker's next big hit. The photo was taken right outside the Road Transport Department's (JPJ) Putrajaya office - which points to the car possibly undergoing the Vehicle Type Approval (VTA) process.

The Perodua D55L is Perodua’s codename for its upcoming B-segment SUV. It's based on the Daihatsu Rocky/Toyota Raize twin, and it sits on the Daihatsu New Global Architecture (DNGA).
It's expected to be powered by a 1.0-litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine, just like the Japan-market duo its based on. In the Rocky/Raize, the engine delivers 98 PS and 140 Nm.
