![Kia Promise warranty extension programme]()
Kia is the latest car brand that has announced a global warranty extension programme for its vehicles. The Kia Promise programme is designed to support Kia customers whose movements are limited and are not able to service their cars during the Covid-19 lockdown in their respective countries, Malaysia included.
All Kia vehicles whose original Kia warranties that will expire between February 1 to April 30, 2020 are included in the Kia Promise programme. Their warranties will be collectively extended to 30th June 2020.

The programme covers a total 142 countries and Kia Motors estimates that more than 500,000 customers world wide will benefit from the extension.
This is part of Kia Motors Corporation’s efforts to help monitor the health of employees, business partners and even their customers during the tumultuous times.
In Malaysia, Naza Kia will honour all Kia vehicles covered by the global extension programme and encourages all Kia owners to reschedule their services before the end of MCO. Meanwhile, all eyes are waiting for the arrival of the Kia Seltos and the 11-seater Kia Grand Carnival.
