With these figures, Proton’s overall market share for 2019 is estimated to be at 16.7%, the highest figure since 2014.
Last year, Proton sold a total of 26,331 units of the X70, 38,144 units of the Saga, and 21,876 units of the Persona.
However, Proton did not provide the sales figures of the Exora and Iriz, only stating that sales of the Iriz doubled for the year and grew by 97%, while the Exora witnessed a 40% increase in sales.
