The AAP raises the bar in terms of the duration for the manufacturer’s warranty as well as complimentary scheduled servicing.

Delving deeper into the details of the AAP, the most notable improvement comes in the form of the 2 years + additional 3 years manufacturer warranty for a total of 5 years. The warranty covers the engine, gearbox, suspension components and exhaust piping.

However, as is the norm for manufacturer warranties, wear and tear items aren’t covered and this includes brake pads and discs, clutch linings, tyres, spark plugs, wiper blades, bulbs and fuses, vehicle remote key battery, drive belts, filters, carpets and seat covers.

Furthermore, the AAP includes 3 years free maintenance according to the manufacturer’s recommended servicing interval. In the case of the A3 Sedan S Line and Q2 S Line, that’s once every 12 months or 15,000 kilometres (whichever comes first).

During your Audi’s time at the authorised service centres nationwide, rest assured all work will be carried out by trained and certified Audi technicians and that only genuine parts will be used.

Lastly, AAP also includes 5 years of 24/7 roadside assistance nationwide. Should your Audi encounter a breakdown or untoward incident, help is just a phone call away.

For now, the comprehensive AAP is standard to the A3 Sedan S Line and Q2 S Line, giving you peace of mind during your time behind the wheel of these cars that bring the best of Ingolstadt’s compact offerings to the table. AAP is also available as an added option for other Audi models.

The A3 Sedan S Line represents entry into their sedan portfolio. As their compact sedan offering, it’s powered by a 2.0-litre TFSI engine delivering 190 PS and 320 Nm of torque. A 7-speed S-tronic gearbox drives the front wheels. It retails for RM 325,990.

From a design standpoint, it carries all of Audi’s signature styling cues. Complementing the S Line exterior would be the large Singleframe honeycomb grille that’s flanked by the striking headlights with LED DRLs. Rounding off the exterior would be the Alloy wheels, 5-parallel-spoke style 17-inch alloy wheels.

In the premium cabin, the S Line interior brings fine Nappa leather and a performance-oriented sports contoured leather-wrapped multifunction Plus steering wheel, with a flat bottom and paddles shifters.

Nonetheless, the real technological showcase in the cabin is courtesy of the virtual cockpit that allows the driver to customise and adjust the digital instrument cluster to display the information that suits their needs.

Aside from the digital instrument cluster, Audi drive select brings 4 different driving modes for any given condition. Flip between Comfort, Auto, Dynamic and Individual for a mode that fits the road conditions or your mood for the day.

It even comes with Park Assist with Parking Aid Plus to get into those tight parking spots.

Under the hood sits a more compact 1.4-litre TFSI that isn’t short on performance, bringing an impressive 150 PS and 250 Nm of torque. It gets an extra cog, making it an 8-speed tiptronic transmission.

On the lighting front, it’s a much more advanced Matrix LED headlight with dynamic lighting for the front while the rear is a LED combination setup with dynamic turn indicators. The wheels are once again 17-inch rollers but in a singular 5-arm design.

Even in the cabin, the lighting is taken to the next level with an ambient lighting package and multicoloured decorative inserts in Light Graphic format.

The Comfort Key with Safelock, essentially keyless access, brings plenty of convenience while the combination mono.pur 550 leather seats get an embossed “S” on the headrests to signify the S Line interior. Those headrests are attached to power-adjustable sports seats with 4-way lumbar support.

Of course, the Q2 also gets the virtual cockpit digital instrument cluster aside from the Audi smartphone interface, drive select and Audi sound system.
