The G20 BMW 3 Series caught a lot of flak for not featuring any form of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). However, it appears that feedback has been noted as the 3 Series now comes with ADAS.

Looking into the spec sheets, the 3 Series now features Driving Assistant package that includes Lane Change Warning (LCW), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), front collision warning with brake intervention, rear-cross traffic alert and rear collision prevention.

Prices for the 3 Series have gone up by RM 5k, the 330i M Sport now priced at RM 293,800, compared to RM 288,800 from before and the 320i Sport is now priced at RM 248,800, before at RM 243,800.

While the prices have been increased, it appears to be justified. The 3 Series is now level with the competition in terms of active safety features. Well, as the saying goes, better late than never.
