BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia introduces the i-Renewal digital service for the BMW MINI Comprehensive Motor Insurance Programme. The new service is a simplified programme that allows customers to renew their motor insurance with just a few clicks at any time of the day.
The new i-Renewal service is provided in collaboration with Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad. It is part of BMW Malaysia Group’s efforts to further improve the convenience of the ownership experience.
As motor insurance is an integral part of car ownership, BMW Malaysia has jumped on the wagon to make things hassle-free and as seamless as possible. Customers can also easily request for an instant quotation by providing only basic information as well.
To celebrate the introduction of the service, BMW Malaysia is offering all BMW and MINI owners who renew their insurance programme via i-Renewal by 31 December 2020 a complimentary Enhanced Road Warrior coverage for one year.
In addition to Personal Accident Cover and other insurance benefits, the Enhanced Road Warrior service also includes a comprehensive Car Assistance Programme with around-the-clock services such as:
- 24-Hour Emergency Towing (Unlimited Towing Distance)
- Minor Roadside Repair
- Taxi Assistance
- Arrangement for Car Rental and Hotel Accommodation
- International Assistance
- Arrangement for Emergency Evacuation
- Referral to Service Centre
- Emergency Message Transmission
