A little over a week ago, BMW Credit Malaysia announced that customized solutions will be offered to customers affected by the MCO. Now, more details have surfaced.
According to the email our friends at Careta received, customers can choose between 2 options as part of the Special Relief Programme.
First is a deferment of between 1 to 3 months with the choice of maintaining facility tenure by reallocating the suspended monthly installment to the subsequent 6 months, or to increase facility tenure after deferment period.
The second option is to reschedule completely, this would readjust the amount and duration as requested.
