![BMW Malaysia introduces new Door-to-Door service 01]()
BMW Group Malaysia has a new service for all BMW and MINI car owners! It is called the Door-to-Door service, a BMW personnel will pick up your car for service and drop it off at your preferred location after that.
The new Door-to-Door service is a collaboration with Allianz Worldwide Partners. It is also part of the group’s plan to enhance the BMW premium ownership experience.
BMW and MINI customers nationwide are eligible to make good use of the new service. All they have to do is make a request with their preferred dealer and a BMW service provider will arrive at their doorstep to collect the BMW or MINI vehicle to bring it to the chosen dealership for service.

The best part of the new service is that owners can choose a new returned location to their convenience if they have already left the pick-up location.
This service is not limited to servicing the BMW and MINI vehicles as well, new car owners can also arrange a doorstep delivery of their new cars directly from their preferred dealership. The new vehicle will be loaded onto a flatbed tow truck to be transported to the owner’s location.
