The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) has announced that car workshops and service centres are allowed to operate during FMCO while waiting for the approval letter from MITI.
This clears up the confusion for car workshops and service centres, which are listed under essential services, who are facing delays in obtaining their approval letters.
However, KPDNHEP highlighted that your business must be listed under essential services and able to provide proof that you have submitted your application on CIMS 3.0 with the correct information.
