What’s a great way to deliver your company’s message across the region? Make a film about it of course. That’s the approach Carsome has gone with as it premiered its regional brand film “Make It Carsome,” shot on the world’s fastest camera robot, the Bolt Cinebot.

While film comes across as more of promotional material for the zippy camera than Carsome itself, the Rube Goldberg machine setup does make for some visually entertaining cinematic effects not seen in car commercials before.

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1685525140735-0'); });

The Bolt Cinebot is capable of 1000 frames per second (fps) - moving from standstill to full high-speed motion and back to a complete stop in fractions of a second. It captures the fastest action in crisp focus with pinpoint accuracy and at the same pace in a 360-degree setup that is currently not attainable manually. Its motion control also enables putting together the frames seamlessly and in perfect sync, creating an outstanding cinematic effect on the final output.

“The film is an apt portrayal of our relentless pursuit in giving our customers peace of mind as we take on the challenge to establish Carsome as the top-of-mind brand in the used car industry,” said Carsome Chief Brand Officer, Derek Tan.

It took 12 days too build the production setting that set out to encapsulate each process in a customer’s car ownership journey with Carsome. Furthermore, the 360-degree setup is also a nod to Carsome’s 360-degree internal and external view of all cars listed on its website.

The regional brand film captures what goes on behind the hassle-free experience when one buys a Carsome Certified car; including how Carsome’s wide selection of cars came by, the quality assurance through Carsome’s 175-point inspection, the convenience through minimal paperwork hassle, peace of mind from fixed prices with no hidden charges and doorstep delivery on top of a 1-year warranty and a 5-day money-back guarantee.

“Better late than never.” Some despise it, others begrudgingly agree with it but he swears by it
 much to the chagrin of everyone around him. That unfortunately stems from all of his project cars not running most of the time, which in turn is testament to his questionable decision-making skills in life. A culmination of many wrongs fortunately making a right; much like his project cars on the rare occasions they run, he’s still trying to figure out if another project car is the way to go.
