DDPAI has officially launched two new dashcam models in Malaysia, the Z60 4G for vehicles and the Ranger M1 for motorcycles, bringing advanced features and innovative technology to the forefront of driving and riding safety.
The Z60 dashcam, the main highlight, is engineered to provide comprehensive in-car security and ease of use. Its 4K UHD resolution ensures crystal-clear image quality, capturing fine details even at high speeds, which is essential for reliable footage of an incident.
The dashcam’s πLink Multi-Channel System allows users to add secondary cameras, like the MINI2X, creating a 3-channel setup for enhanced visual coverage inside and outside the car. This system provides flexibility for users who need broader angles or wish to monitor additional areas.
Elsewhere, the Z60 is enhanced with AOV low-energy parking monitoring, the Z60 can extend surveillance time without draining the vehicle battery, making it ideal for long-term parking. The NightVIS 2.0 technology ensures high-quality night-time recording, enhancing low-light performance for reliable footage regardless of lighting conditions.
With 4G connectivity, drivers can access real-time vehicle monitoring remotely, receiving instant alerts and ensuring continuous protection even while away.
For motorcyclists, the Ranger M1 dashcam introduces 3K dual-channel recording, a first in its segment, providing high-resolution clarity for both front and rear views. Equipped with a 145° wide-angle lens and F1.55 aperture, it captures a broad field of view with optimal brightness, producing sharp footage in various lighting.
The dashcam’s image stabilization technology ensures smooth recording even on rough terrain, enhancing footage stability and reducing blurring caused by vibrations.
The Ranger M1 also includes SR 4.0-Lite—an overlay effect that displays dynamic riding data such as speed and route directly on the video, adding an interactive layer to recordings for enthusiasts and safety analysis.
Additionally, its IP67 waterproof rating allows the Ranger M1 to perform reliably under diverse weather conditions, making it robust enough to withstand riding in Southeast Asia's tropical climate.
As for the prices, the DDPAI Z60 4G starts off at RM 589.00, whilst the Ranger M1 retails from RM 439.00 onwards depending on variant and accessories. Both dashcam models are now available on DDPAI's official store on Shopee.
