Worry no more current Nissan owners, as Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn. Bhd has announced a 30 days extension to your respective vehicle warranty from the last day of Movement Control Order (MCO).
Your current warranty will not be affected, even if the scheduled service gets skipped during this period. Moving forward, owners are advised to reschedule their service appointment within 30 days after MCO ends to keep their warranty intact.
To reschedule your service appointments, please do it so via DriveOn mobile app, TCEAS website, Call Centre or book directly with respective TCEAS Service Centre.
ETCM will also extend its service operation hours after MCO, from 8.30 AM to 8.00 PM from Monday to Friday, whereas Kelantan and Terengganu from Sunday to Thursday. For further information, visit Nissan’s website or call 1800-88-3838.
