The launch of the all-new 2022 Honda HR-V appears imminent in Indonesia as a dealership has begun collecting orders for the 2022 Honda HR-V, reports AutoFun.

"The second-generation HR-V has now stopped production. We have opened orders for the latest Honda HR-V, with a booking fee of Rp. 10 million," said Indah, a sales representative of Honda Kalimalang.

Indah added that the 2022 Honda HR-V will be sold within an estimated price range of between IDR 380 million (around RM 111k) to IDR 480 million (around RM 140k), with four variants on offer - S, E, Special Edition, and RS.

For reference, prices of the outgoing Honda HR-V start from IDR 340.9 million (around RM 99k) to IDR 438.9 million (around RM 128k).

Powertrain options have yet to be officially announced, but we’ve reported that Indonesia will be hosting the world debut of the 2022 Honda HR-V RS powered by a 1.5-litre VTEC Turbo.

The 1.5-litre VTEC Turbo option will be offered alongside a naturally aspirated 1.5-litre i-VTEC engine. Both engines are mated to a CVT.

In Malaysia, the 2022 Honda HR-V isn’t expected to be launched until H2 2022. It’s tipped to receive three engine options - a naturally aspirated 1.5-litre i-VTEC, a 1.5-litre e:HEV hybrid, and a 1.5-litre VTEC Turbo.
