As you know the all-new 2020 Toyota RAV4 will be launched in Malaysia on 18th June 2020. But before the launch, the full brochure of the new SUV has been revealed along with the price.

UMW Toyota will be offering 2 variants, but the only difference between the two variants is the engine options.

The range-topping variant will be powered by a Dynamic Force 2.5-litre A25A-FKS petrol engine that produces 207 PS and 243 Nm. The base-spec variant will be powered by a Dynamic Force 2.0-litre M20A-FKS petrol engine that produces 173 PS and 207 Nm.

The RAV4 coming to Malaysia will only be front-wheel-drive and wears 18-inch wheels. The SUV will shine the roads with LED head and tail lights paired with LED DRLs come as standard.

On the inside, both RAV4 variants get an 8-way power-adjustable seat with memory functions only on the driver’s seat, paddle shifters, 3D Panoramic View Monitor, while DVR comes as standard.

In terms of tech, the driver will be getting a full 7-inch full-colour TFT display. A 7-inch touchscreen display will house all the car’s entertainment system like the DVD player. The RAV4 will also come with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

Safety and convenience items include the full suite of Toyota Safety Sense, so you get Pre-collision System, Lane Departure Alert, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, and Automatic High Beam.

Like Toyota’s B-segment cars, the SUV will also come equipped with BSM with RCTA, VSC and even ESS.
