It's been quite the week for Proton spyshots, and we've got a few more to share with you: here's first leaked images of the purported Proton Iriz Active!
The last spyshots concerning this car only showed the rear, but this time we get a better look at the front and well, the entire car.
It gets a brand new front bumper that mirrors the upcoming Proton Persona MC2 facelift, but there's an additional silver trim around the grille now. This variant of the Iriz also sports LED headlights and the new Proton roundel, both features shared with the updated Persona.
There's a pair of roof rails on top, and Irizians' photos shows us the upcoming Iriz has chunky black claddings too. Also, there's what looks to be larger 16-inch, dual-tone wheels.
Previously, we've ran stories on the Iriz receiving an updated interior, including digital air-conditioning controls and a floating-type touchscreen headunit. Automachi's photo this time around offers us a better look at the whole interior, and it coems with red (possibly body-coloured?) inserts too.
So far there's no details about its powertrains or other features. The current line-up comes with two naturally-aspirated four-cylinder mills: a 1.3-litre (95 PS / 120 Nm) and a 1.6-litre (109 PS / 150 Nm). Every other variant above the 5-speed manual Standard gets a CVT.
Pricing also has not been detailed, but the current Iriz range goes from RM 37k for the base 1.3 Standard all the way to RM 54k for the R3 Limited Edition.

Just yesterday, a Geely Haoyue was spotted in and around KL. Beyond the facelifted duo, this is said to be Proton's next model, possibly known as the Proton X90.
