A couple of weeks back, we saw leaked photos of the next-generation, all-new 2022 Lexus NX. Now, it seems that its launch date has also been leaked.
The leaked card is rather cryptic - it doesn't share much beyond the dates 26- and 27-March 2021, 8 pm. So far, no other models from Lexus have been leaked, further lending credence that it may very well be the NX300's unveiling.
And for you curious cats out there, yes, the link in the picture works. It brings you to their YouTube page called 'Online Secret Live' and true to its name, there's nothing on there just yet.
There's an upcoming Lexus NX?
In late February, the revamped NX was leaked in full, now sporting a cleaner yet sharper exterior.
We also got glimpses of its reworked interior which is now sans-touchpad, and features a new LCD fully-digital instrument cluster as well as a big screen on the centre console.
For all these leaks, the specs however are still murky. All we know is that it'll be riding on the Toyota New Global Architecture platform, as is the case with the Toyota RAV4 and Toyota Harrier.
Powertrain-wise, it'll probably mirror those two too, coming with Dynamic Force engines as well as hybrid options.
Just to recap, there's three variants of the current-gen NX in Malaysia, with prices ranging from RM 306k (NX300 Urban), RM 324k (NX300 Premium), and RM 339k (NX300 F Sport).
