The 2021 Volvo S90 facelift has arrived in Thailand, a regional debut made at the 2020 Thailand International Motor Expo. The Volvo S90 facelift is imported (CBU) from Malaysia, prices have yet to be announced.

Changes on the exterior are subtle. There are new fog lights, a new spoiler design, new design elements in the taillamps and new bumpers with more pronounced chrome pieces.

Inside, the upgraded Bowers and Wilkins audio system gets a new amplifier and automatic vehicle noise cancellation. There is also an Advanced Air Cleaner with a PM 2.5 particle sensor. Inscription models get a new Orrefors crystal gear knob.

No changes are mentioned on the powertrain, which suggests the T8 Recharge variant carries on the turbocharged and supercharged 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine, paired with electric motors generating a combined output of 407 PS and 640 Nm of torque.

As for Malaysia, the 2021 Volvo S90 facelift is expected to arrive next year in CKD (locally assembled) form.
