Malaysia’s first dedicated BMW and MINI Service Fast Lane Centre opens in Penang

BMW and MINI owners up north will be able to enjoy faster service and repairs with the opening of Malaysia’s first-ever dedicated BMW and MINI Service Fast Lane Centre.

The new stand-alone service centre is managed by Auto Bavaria Penang and is located along Jalan Sungai Pinang on the island. The facility will complement the services provided by its main facility at Jalan Anson.

Measuring over 30,000 sq. ft, the BMW and MINI Service Fast Lane Centre houses six service bays and two RATC (Reception at the Car) bays. The facility is also fully air-conditioned with a premium customer lounge where customers can relax while their cars are being serviced.

The service centre specialises solely in quick service and repairs with emphasis on regular vehicle maintenance, wear and tear repairs, tyre replacement, cosmetic repairs, and more, for better efficiency and time optimisation.

For added assurance, customers would receive cost estimates, including itemised costs for parts and labour, beforehand.

In conjunction with the new opening, customers who send in their car for service at the BMW and MINI Service Fast Lane Centre from 1- to 31-May 2021 will be offered a complimentary 72-point check inspection.
