Man in stolen car crashed into woman also in stolen car, coincidence much?

If you don’t believe in coincidence, then perhaps this incident might change your mind. A 27-year-old man in Oregon, USA was trying to escape the police when he conveniently crashed into another stolen car.

According to Fox-affiliate KPTV, the police were able to locate the Toyota Land Cruiser after it was reported stolen. A car chase ensued when the police spotted the stolen SUV in the town of Newberg driven by the car thief.

In an attempt to escape, the car thief raced through the town only to crash into a Buick Regal driven by a woman. At first, the police arrested the driver of the Buick for driving under influence but it was later found out that the Buick was also reported stolen 3 weeks ago.

Both the man and woman were arrested under a series of charges. The woman, 25, was arrested for driving under influence and for unauthorised use of a motor vehicle.

While the man was arrested for unauthorised use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police, third-degree assault, reckless driving and more.

Now, who says there’s no such thing as coincidence? But props to the man for helping the owner of the Buick locate their car sooner rather than later!
