Mercedes-Benz extends flood relief assistance for all customers

As those affected by the recent floods begin the arduous journey of picking up their lives, assistance has begun pouring in from all corners of society. Many will undoubtedly be stranded as their vehicles may have been submerged in the water and not be functional. Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has joined the troves of carmakers offering a flood relief assistance programme for its customers who are affected by the recent floods.

Much like other carmakers, the programme will comprise discounts up to 30 percent on parts and repairs. This also includes free towing by authorised dealerships as well as a free evaluation of the necessary repairs and the subsequent costs. Finally, there’ll be an interest-free easy payment plan. The offer will be valid until 31 January 2022.

“The safety of our customers is our utmost priority. Together with our network of dealers, we are committed to ensure that our customers and their Mercedes-Benz cars get the care it needs in these unprecedented times,” said Sagree Sardien, President & CEO of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia.

Mercedes-Benz owners can contact their preferred authorised Mercedes-Benz dealerships or Mercedes-Benz 24h Roadside Assistance & Customer Care Centre at 1-800-88-1133 to arrange for the towing or evaluation for their flood-damaged vehicles.
