![Mercedes-Benz Malaysia extends service and warranty grace period for customers 01]()
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has announced that they will be providing an extended service and warranty grace period beyond 14 April 2020, in view of the extension of the Movement Control Order (MCO).
If you’re a customer and your vehicle’s service period falls between 18 March and 28 April, a period of 60 days will be given from the expiration date of the MCO and it will not be counted as a missed service during the period.
All warranties expiring between 18 March and 30 June 2020 will be honoured, with a grace period of 60 days after 30 June 2020.

Currently, all authorized Mercedes-Benz dealers and service centres nationwide are closed under the MCO. Routine maintenance and/or repairs will not be carried out at dealerships and customers with bookings will be contacted to reschedule.
In case of emergency breakdown and technical issues, the Service24h Roadside Assistance remains operational. If you require assistance, please contact 1-800-88-1133 and their off-site personnel will be able to assist you remotely.
