The facelifted GLA, which was launched in 2017, gets a new Style Line variant. 

The GLA Style Line is priced at RM 223,888 on-the-road without insurance. RM 21,000 cheaper or shall we say, less expensive than the Night Edition.

Powertrain remains the same with the 1.6-litre turbocharged in-line 4 rated at 156 PS and 250 Nm, sending power through a 7-speed 7G-DCT dual-clutch transmission.

Differences include an 18-inch 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels and additional inserts in high-gloss chrome on the radiator trim in matt iridium silver. The beltline trim strip and the load sill guard is also finished in chrome.

Moving to the interior, the seats are finished in man-made leather to which Mercedes named it as Artico, with fabric pattern that mimics tyre tracks.

In this age of connectivity, The GLA 200 Style comes with smartphone integration that links the mobile phone with the media system where it will be projected onto the 8-inch display via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Safety wise, it features Active Brake Pre-Safe system, Active Parking Assist with Parktronic and LED High Performance headlamps. It also has Attention Assist, which alerts the driver when it detects signs of fatigue and helps correct errors.
