Mitsubishi teases the MI-Tech electric SUV concept

Mitsubishi says the MI-Tech is an electric SUV but here is where it gets slightly confusing, it is powered by a gas-turbine engine-generator with plug-in capability, which also makes it a plug-in hybrid. Drive is sent to all corners through 4 electric motors that Mitsubishi calls Quad Motor electric 4WD system.
Advanced features include an AR windshield that displays information and the MI-Pilot driver assistance system urges the driver to take care when necessary and supports their operation of the steering and brakes. In addition, there are active safety systems to support the driver in avoiding or mitigating collisions.
The MI-Tech will be exhibited at the Tokyo Motor Show coming this October.
