Without a tinge of exaggeration, I'd like to point out that this Myvi-on-Myvi crash could've been easily avoided. In the video below you can see (at 00:36) that because of a prior crash, traffic has come to a halt.
However, the driver of the Myvi on the rightmost lane clearly wasn't practising these things:
Situational awareness (vehicles in front slowing down should be a warning sign)
Good line of vision (he/she didn't look far ahead to gauge traffic conditions, as the reaction to the prior crash shows
Risk assessment (even by the time the Myvi driver saw what unfolded ahead, there was little indication that he/she tried to avoid a collision. In fact, he/she almost took out a person who had to climb on the road divider to avoid getting ploughed)
If at all possible, don't just stop smack bang in the middle of the road after a crash. If you are able to move your car to the emergency lane, do so as quickly as you can. Doesn't matter if you're involved in the accident or not.
I'm sure you've seen people/vehicles getting ploughed even in the emergency lane, what more on the main driving lanes?
