The all-new Toyota Corolla Altis 2019 won't be launched until October but that didn't stop UMW Toyota Motor's outlet in Petaling Jaya from putting the car on display.

Shown in the range-topping 1.8 G form (Malaysia is not getting the hybrid variant), the all-new Corolla Altis 2019 is powered by a carried over 1.8-litre 2ZR-FE naturally-aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine with Dual VVT-i that outputs 139 PS at 6,400 rpm and 172 Nm at 4,000. The engine is mated to a CVT-type automatic with 7 virtual ratios. Power is sent to the front wheels.
