From 5 November 2019 onwards, there will be no more reload facilities at all toll plaza exit lanes. This is to help ease congestion caused by long reload times, which may take up to 3 minutes.
Based on statistical record, up to 9 percent of the daily traffic contributes to unnecessary delays due to customers experiencing insufficient balance and require emergency topping up at the exit lanes.
