That's it, the wraps have come off the all-new D74A 2023 Perodua Axia! Here's two early images given by P2 themselves to give you a better look of the upcoming hatchback.

Here's the front of the all-new Axia AV variant. Spot the details – there's LED headlights, LED daytime running lights (DRLs), and even stereo Advanced Safety Assist cameras up top.

And at the rear of the Axia AV variant. The stubby rear has got some remincising of the VW Polo in a way, and that's good – it's style at an affordable price point.

Earlier today we posted camouflaged photos of the Axia, showing us a better look at its wheels and silhoutte. A little lower than its predecessor, with a more balanced rake to match.

And of course, some shots of its interior shows what to expect. A bit Ativa-esque in most respects, particularly the steering wheel, gear lever, air-cond controls and full-digital instrument cluster (in an Axia!).

Initial impressions and feel of the dainty hatchback are good, and we note considerable improvements in quality of build and materials.
