Basic information of my car:

2021 Proton X50 1.5T Premium

Reasons why I bought this car

I had a budget rm100k and models that i considered include honda HRV and honda jazz. But i chose X50 because its more valuable due to its specifications

User experience

I already done 10,000km. My average fuel consumption are around 8.0-9.0L/100km or 0.08-0.09L/km. Since the purchase my thought about the car are its a worth buying. Its my first time bought an SUV

Pros of my car:

• Very responsive engine
• Comfortable
• Aircond vent for rear passenger
• Sound system are good
• 360 degree camera are very helpful. More confident to drive
• Many information on meter display that i can get such as tyre pressure, warnings
• Safety; you have to buckled up then only can drive, have to off engine for filling tyre pressure

Cons of my car:

• Very noise from wind sound. Bad NVH

• Tyre continental UC6 are very noise.

• Proton link sometimes have problem. Can't link and disconnected.

• Rear boot just enough for 3-4 people. Not suitable for family that have many children.

• Cornering are not so good ( of course, its an SUV 😂) but acceptable

Summary :

I feel that this car are worth to buy for that price and spec. I feel satisfied although have some weakness. The most important for me are the performance and handling
