Basic information of my car:

2018, Kia Sportage Diesel 2.0 Turbo AWD, RM155k

Reasons why I bought this car

I needed a car that is comfortable for long distance driving because I need to travel KL-Kedah and KL-JB often.

Car selection process  

• I had a budget of: RM150K
• Models that I have considered include: Honda CRV, Mazda CX5
• Reasons why I chose this car:

Sedan is not in my choice because I think a car must be tall to feel comfortable on the highway. Pickup truck is not in my choice too because it is too bulky. Kia Sportage Diesel 2.0 is the best choice because it is an SUV, it means it is taller than sedan. And it is not as bulky as a pickup truck. It is also very powerful due to the diesel turbo engine.

User experience

• I have already done 87000 km.My average fuel consumption is 12-14km/l.

Never regret a day as it is very powerful on the road. I had it in Cherry Black color, and I ceramic coated the car. Every time i look at it, i fell in love with it again. It is not too big and not too small, big enough to not be bullied in the road, small enough to go through tight roads. I dont understand why there are not many people who see the beauty of this car.

Pros of my car:

• powerful

• nice looking

• smooth drive on highway

• economical on long distance driving

• premium all black interior design

Cons 

• engine vibration on idle that cannot be ignored

• lack of safety features such as lane assist and side object alert

• Short lasting external rubber buttons on the front and back doors

Summary :

This is a car that i can trust, that give me confidence, and doesn't create a hole in my pocket. everytime i drive the car, i feel superior and premium. I feel like i can take any corner without worrying.

Interesting event:

It is so powerful and smooth that i once was stopped by traffic police on highway, i was caught driving at 194km/h.
