![PDRM to continue roadblocks even though 10 km restriction lifted 01]()
Even though the 10 km radius restriction has been lifted in all states, the government has announced that all 550 roadblocks will continue.
The purpose of the continued roadblocks is to allow the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) to monitor the enforcement of the standard operating procedures (SOP), especially in states that are still observing the Movement Control Order (MCO).
Remember: while the 10 km travel restriction rule has been lifted, states that are under MCO and Conditional MCO (CMCO) are still limited to only 2 passengers per car while interstate travel is still not allowed nationwide.
