Sisma Auto, a multi-brand premium automotive group, has recently opened the largest BYD sales, service, and spare parts (3S) centre in Malaysia, located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. Built at an investment of RM 5 million, the outlet is a Class-A BYD facility.

The 21,527 square-foot building features a 9-car showroom, as well as 16 service bays, suitable to serve 1,000 customers monthly, according to the company.

Its expansive equipment includes advanced diagnostic tools as well as climate-controlled storage for sensitive battery components, as well as a specialised room for repairing high-voltage components such electric vehicles (EVs) require.

The location was officiated by BYD Founder and Chairman, Wang Chuanfu earlier last month. Sisma Auto Group Managing Director Syed Khalil bin Syed Ibrahim expressed confidence in providing a premium 3S experience to BYD owners, leveraging the company's 30-year experience in partnering with premium automotive brands.

"The design and features of our 3S Centre reflect the brand’s premium positioning and the quality of its products. We are very encouraged by the Malaysian market’s response to the BYD Atto 3 and eagerly looking forward to the introduction of more BYD models in the coming months,” he said.

To celebrate the opening, the BYD Sisma Auto 3S Centre will host the BYD Sisma Auto Electric Dreams Carnival from 2- to 11-June 2023. The carnival will feature various activities for the entire family, and those who register for test drives will receive door gifts, snacks, and have the chance to participate in lucky draws.

As a result of the new BYD Sisma Auto 3S Centre, the Sisma Auto Hub pre-owned luxury car centre will relocate next door, previously occupied by the company's Volvo Service and Selekt Centre. Sisma Auto's Volvo business will now be moved to its flagship Volvo 3S facility in Sungai Besi, which is scheduled to open soon.

The BYD Sisma Auto 3S Centre's Showroom operates from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sundays and public holidays. The Service Centre is open from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturdays.
