A lot has happened in the B-segment (sedan and hatchback) this year. Following the updates on the Japanese competitors (Honda City, Nissan Almera, Toyota Vios), Proton will be revealing some updates too on the Proton Persona and Proton Iriz.

Facebook user, Suhaimi Zamil has uploaded some pictures of both Proton B-segment cars in camouflage. Images of thee camouflaged cars have surfaced previously, but this time we get a better look at the wheel design of the Proton Persona.

In previous photos, the Proton Persona only sat on aftermarket wheels.

The wheel arches on the Proton Iriz look flared and it sports a roof rack, so this might just be the Proton Iriz Active.

Both cars are speculated to get a 4-speed automatic transmission.

The wheel design hints at a more modern look and we hope the same could be said about both cars when the camouflage comes off.
