Like many of us, you probably like to window-shop for cool stuff you can do to your car...before you've even had it. And with the all-new 2020 Honda City and 2020 Nissan Almera being so hotly-discussed right now, who can blame you?

Seeing as Thailand has got both models before us, they've had a go at spicing up these B-segment cars. Take a look, and let us know which one is your pick!

2020 Honda City RS by NK Garage

Carbon-fibre looks good, and carbon-fibre makes a good-looking car look better. Which explains why the boys and girls at NK Garage absolutely swathed this City in its weaves.

Subtlety is the name of the game here as they didn't go for redesigned bumpers or a vented hood - a carbon-fibre front lip and fairly standard hood was all the touches it got. 

Round the back, there's just a bootlid spoiler and small fins on the roof to go with it. All in carbon-fibre too of course.

Capping off the look are carbon-fibre side skirts, side mirror covers, a tasteful ride height drop and aftermarket wheels (Volk Racing TE37, in this case). 

Looks nice, but what about the competition?

2020 Nissan Almera by Drive68

We've seen their attempt at the City before, and this time they've worked their magic on the Almera.

The Almera already starts off looking angrier than the City, so it doesn't take much for it to look even more aggresive. Drive68's modification includes bumper extensions on the front and rear and also a set of complementing side skirts. 

Part of the rear bumper extension are faux exhausts and a diffuser. Much like the City it also gains a bootlid spoiler. No roof fins though!

Of course, it looks like a more complete package with lowered ride height and non-standard wheels.

Hmm, too subtle...is there anything else that stands out more?

Oh yes, glad you asked! Would your friends be amazed when you pull up in this not-quite-Type R?

Complete with huge rear wing and three exhausts? Because if they're not, then you need better friends. 

Booked the Almera instead? No worries, you can still goad your friends with this somewhat-GTR kit that even comes with the legendary red-R badge. Performance not included.

Both are by Nekketsu Racing, and if you don't tell anyone these are just 1.0-litres, you might just get away with it...
