
BMW is rolling not just a new design for its signature kidney grille, but also a new logo.

The current black, blue, and white BMW roundel will soon be retired, to be replaced by a new transparent logo that is currently previewed on the BMW Concept i4.

BMW says the new transparent design ensures a seamless integration and brings the car’s exterior colour to even greater prominence. In the case of the BMW Concept i4, it’s the new Frozen Light Copper colour.

The BMW Concept i4 previews a new all-electric sedan that will go on sale in 2021. It has a 600 km driving range (WLTP test cycle), output of up to 530 hp and sprints from 0-100 km/h in approximately 4 seconds.
