The all-new fourth-generation Honda Jazz (known as the Fit in Japan), made its global premiere at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show (TMS) with a fresh exterior design, revamped cabin and a new hybrid powertrain.

Visually, the Jazz gets a roundel appearance that draws more parallels to the second-generation Jazz (GE) rather than the sharper third-generation model (GK).

The interior has decluttered even further with minimal buttons, LCD instrument cluster, floating centre display and electronic parking brake.

All the best qualities of the Jazz such as interior packaging and Ultra Seats have all been retained. But my favourite part would have to be the two-spoke steering wheel that was taken from the Honda E. Gives the car quite a bit of character.

In Japan, there are 5 design packages for the new Jazz with unique styling elements to the exterior and interior.

Technical details of the car have not been revealed in full, but Honda has said it will be available with a two-motor i-MMD (Intelligent Multi-Mode Drive) hybrid in Japan.
