In order to meet customers’ demands for a digitally enhanced experience in car purchasing, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has just launched its first-ever online showroom.
Not only will customers get to view their latest models through the Mitsubishi Online Showroom, but they are also able to book for a test drive, book for their newest rides, and even apply for a trade-in all from the comfort of home.

The 360° Virtual Showroom offers a 360-degree view of the car’s exterior and interior, as well as allowing customers to zoom in and out and navigate in every direction. Each Mitsubishi model has an interactive button that shows more information on its key features.
Customers who wish to test drive their preferred Mitsubishi can also do so via the Test Drive 2U service which brings the car to your preferred location such as your home. That way you can experience the car in a route that you’re well familiar with.
Bookings can also be done online through Booking Assist. Upon completing the online booking request form, MMM authorized dealers will contact customers to assist further on their bookings from loan to insurance application.
Lastly is Trade-in Assist which allows customers who wish to trade-in their vehicle. Here, customers will have the option to request for the car inspection, handover, transfer of ownership, and the collection of the sold car to be done at any of the customer’s preferred locations for their convenience.
The Trade-in Assist is done in collaboration with MyTukar and offers special trade-in promotions for customers who trade in their car through the online showroom.
This isn't MMM's first effort in providing digital service to its customers. Last year, it launched the Mitsubishi Connect mobile application to help with after-sales service. This app offers a wide range of vehicle-related digital services, allowing Mitsubishi owners to schedule service appointments, keep track of maintenance history, and get reminders for their next car service.
