Pe itu Torque Steer? TS berlaku bila steering mempengaruhi gegaran pada tayar semasa membelok. (kereta AWD & khusus utk kereta kuasa tinggi FWD) mcm Civic Type R nie. Selain tuu,dipengahruhi oleh panjang steering shaft (long & short shaft),yang menjadikan berat tak seimbang.
@Rweenieroaurora kalau drift, layout kereta kene rwd (rear wheel drive): tayar belakang akan 'menolak' kereta kehadapan dan dgn torque yg tinggi+keadaan jalan yg selekoh akan menghasilkan drifting dimana bahagian belakang kereta akan 'terbuang' kekiri/kekanan

7. Merujuk point ke-3, handbrake tidak menghauskan brakepad tayar hadapan (myvi axia bezza etc), tapi menghauskan brakeshoe tayar belakang. Kereta sedemikian masih boleh jalan kerana torque engine lebih tinggi dari cengkaman brakeshoe.
Bagi kereta RWD, bila kereta dah hydroplaning, tak tekan brake pon tidak dapat membantu selagi torque pada tayar belakang masih lagi ada.
