Previewed last month as part of its Dream Cars Collection lineup, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has just announced the price of the Mercedes-Benz CLE luxury coupe. Only one variant of the fashionable replacement to the C- and E-Class Coupe models is offered here:
- Mercedes-Benz CLE 300 4Matic – RM 518,888
That is a significantly lower price compared to its estimated price during its preview which was RM 526,000. The CLE Coupe is fully imported (CBU) from Bremen, Germany and the lone Malaysian variant is powered by a 2.0-litre mild-hybrid powerplant.

The MHEV system combines a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol unit that develops 258 PS and 400 Nm with a 23 PS/205 Nm integrated starter generator (ISG).
Power is delivered to all 4 wheels through a 9-speed automatic transmission. The CLE 300 is claimed to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.2 seconds with a top speed of 250 km/h.
The elegant design of the CLE is shaped by the design philosophy of Sensual Purity. This creates a sculptural appearance of the luxury coupe, characterized by flowing surfaces with seamless transitions.

The Malaysian-spec CLE 300 is equipped with the Digital Light package with projection function, the AMG Line exterior package with Night Package, and 19-inch AMG multi-spoke light-alloy wheels.
The German fashionista also comes with a panoramic sliding roof, ambient lighting with projection of brand logo, Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus, and rear wheel steering with up to 2.5 degrees of steering angle adjustment.

Inside, the coupe features Artico man-made leather in Nappa look upholstery, a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument display, an 11.9-inch central display in portrait orientation, and 17 speakers equipped with Burmester 3D surround sound.
Also equipped in the CLE 300 are Driving Assistance Package Plus, Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC, Active Lane Keeping Assist, Active Steering Assist, and a parking package.
That parking package includes Memory Parking Assist, Active Parking Assist with Parktronic, a 360-degree camera, and Guard 360° vehicle protection.
