Honda Malaysia to introduce '2S Pit Stop' and mobile service to better serve customers

Honda Malaysia is stepping up its efforts to improve the aftersales experience for customers with the introduction of 2S Pit Stop centres and mobile service to reduce waiting periods and increase vehicle throughput.
Honda Malaysia sold a total of 381,490 vehicles in the last five years alone, thus the new 2S Pit Stop and mobile service will offer more convenience to customers living far away from Honda service centres.
In asking how Honda Malaysia plans to deploy and manage these new 2S Pit Stop centres, VP of Sales & Dealer Development, Ms Sunita Prabhakaran said, “We are leveraging on the current dealer network (of 93 dealers) and identified selected areas where we want to be better represented and easier accessed by customers,”
She added that selected dealers will operate these satellite 2S service centres and mobile service operations to improve accessibility and coverage for customers who have to travel far to service their Honda vehicles.
These 2S service centres, however, will be limited to quick operations for maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle.
In addition, the HondaTouch platform will be upgraded to enhance the seamless experience for Honda customers by making it more convenient and accessible.
This is aimed at improving Honda customers’ digital journey, making it easier to schedule service appointments, receive service reminders and also get in touch with Honda Malaysia regarding aftersales issues.
