Causes Analysis
If your car engine could not be start when you turn the ignition switch to start position, it might be cause by worn out cylinder which lead to the car unable to start. A worn out cylinder usually cause by below reason:
1. If the air filter is not replace for a long period of time, it may cause the dirts go into the cylinder causing grinding worn in the cylinder as the filtering properties of the air filter has dropped.
2. If a low quality lubricant with excessive sulphur content was used for a long period of time, the cylinder might be corroded.
3. If the terms of use during run in period is not follow strictly, it might cause the crankshaft axial clearance become too large, causing the piston and cylinder off grinding which lead to engine could not be start.
4. If confirmed the car could not start due to worn out cylinder, suggest to proceed to repair at workshop or call for roadside assist.

Solutions
Suggest to proceed to workshop for repair, usually the keypoints of diagnose are:
1. Check the cylinder pressure, dismantle the cylinder block and measure its internal diameter against standard measurement.
2. Check the cylinder out-of-roundness level, check the worn out are of the cylinder.
3. Check if the crankshaft mechanism, replace if necessary.
4. Check and measure the worn level of the cylinder collar， replace if the worn level is high.
5. Start the engine after repairing done to test all the replacement parts, return the car to owner after confirming the faulty is resolved.
