Contacted Mr Lim to help me to resolve the severe dent at the front wheel arch with an angle. He tried to resolve my dent issues despite it being at one of the worse place for dent. Final outcome to me is close to 95% original. You may see the sandy beach surface upclose. But not that much the moment you are standing 2 feet away from the dent. Overall would say a very good experience at LGS Dent repair. One and only shop in Penang island doing Paintless Dent Repair. Cost about rm100 for this dent repair which took up around 2 hours of his time. Would definitely come again with a different car next time ! Do contact Mr Lim first before dropping by !

Was traveling to Penang for a holiday break. But unfortunately I found one dent during this trip. Was about to leave Penang but manage to call Lim to see if he is able to fix my dent. He said he usually do appointment but luckily the next appoint is within another 30 min. So Mr Lim did an adhoc work . He found a second dent as well. He fix both dents and the work so professional and spotless. Couldn't find dent spot at the end of the day. That just made my day.

Sent my car over for dent removal at LGS paintless dent removal. The boss is very friendly and skillful. Dents were fixed within an hour and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended for those who want to fix the dent without having to repaint.

I came here to fix my car small dents. This is the only shop in Penang that I know provides paintless dent repair. Mr Lim is very nice guy. He will looks into the dent condition & area and explain to you whether he can do it or not. The dent fix on mine appear like 99% non-existent.

The result is much better than what I had expected!! As I was in PEN for only a night, Ah Seng stayed back late, so that I can get my car back on the same day. Despite the short turn around time, he managed to polish and removed all the dents with great result. Definately HIGHLY recommended!

Not so good experience. Although he tried his best to remove the dent but end up causing my paint came off. Now I need to repaint the whole panel
