One of the Best & Most Decently Priced Car Washes in JB, totally worth the trip to Bandar Datuk Onn approx 15mins away from JB city center like KSL to this Mario Car Wash @ 159 Jalan Adda JB. The operators are so detailed for both the Exterior & Interior of the car. Price is very reasonable and majority of the cars who come here are Malaysian cars because they know who gives them the best value and are good with what they do. With the car wash including Water Wax, its usually RM 35 (S$10.45) but i'll always pay RM 50 (S$14.90) because diligent service providers who are Consistent in Doing a Great Job Must Be Adequately Rewarded or otherwise, who would want to do a good job, let alone a Great One ?

Overall even good service but pls be aware since they would force you to take certain water wet service , nano service which the price far high and would force the customer even when we denied. Secondly this info for this shop Owner. Sir pls make sure your workers are not smoking or holding cigarette burn 🔥 on hand when working on car such as when performing vacuam car inside or wiping with clothes after car wash. Why cause I am having small children and always take my children to ride so I would never allow even my friend to come into my car with cigarette on hand. Rest are good service here. Thanks Mathew

mario car wash is bad service, i regular customer. but you have 4/5 staff. mostly banyak berbual dari buat kerja. i waiting for 30 minutes. only 2 cars including me. wasting my time. and lastly i didn’t wash my car.

Should provide normal wash. Why only offer water wax services? I just want to wash and vacuum. Simple.

It is really costly RM35 wash with water wax. Will never go again Other place water wax just RM18

I have been their regular customer for several months. Suddenly during raya they forced me to do nano wash which I refused. Being a persistent customer, I argued n I managed to get normal wash. Yesterday, I had to pay for waxing (internal) which I DID NOT asked for. It took me more than 1 hour. The worker simply do the waxing without asking. This is very bad. This is my last visit there.

They only provide water coating wash. You can't get normal wash from this place. It cost RM35 for the "water coating", that's for small car. MPV and above will cost RM50 or so. Should change shop name to Mario Water Coating then. 👎 …

Never had issue before. Just recently, they refused to wash my car with reason they don't do normal wash on sunday but will do on monday. They only offer service for water coating wash during i came in. How ridiculous a carwash refuse to do normal wash when a customer already park their car and i'm the only one there and also there is no any single customer was there before or after me.
