Pretty decent wash here. Bike looks better then before. Only problem I had was the price stated on the board and the price they quote after service was different. 25RM for this result I’m impressed. Hope they could wipe down better

Hard sell hard sell hard sell. He even demo’ed waxing on my car while I was away taking a leak. They did this for all the cars that came in (silver Mercedes). They did all these without permission. Silver Mercedes’ owner wasn’t happy about it too and was discussing about the poor business ethics from this shop. The only way to put him off was to tell him I’m scrapping the car in 2 months, no point doing it, then he said water wax will still be worthy of my car etc etc. ended up giving him extra 2RM tip just to shut him up.

Went today for a-almost-got-Hard-Sell car wash, the service is slightly below average. Car was not properly cleaned with visible dirt still on the windscreen and body. Leader boss was purely interested in trying to sell their wax and polish package 300-400 RM, said can give me discount 100 😅, and couldn't be bothered to do a good job (he is not happy) after We said no. Would not go back, thankfully did not get the package. Just paid 50RM to wash and wax. I felt nothing to be honest, just don’t want to be hit or beaten up. Warning to all 🇸🇬 cars!

It’s cheap rm10, but you have to endure couple rounds of hardsell for the waxing solutions. And after driving off realise they render slipshod service. Did not even bother to clean my back passenger seats after refusing to top up for waxing. Will never visit again.

Just wanted a simple wash and vacuum, but the boss kept trying to hard sell to 300rm polishing. Even though I tried to cut him off during his 5 minute pitch, he would tell me not to interrupt him. And he also said I should support him because he had 8 workers to feed. I settled on wash vacuum and water wax, whilst prices on board stated 50-70rm, I was charged 70rm with shoddy work done. Boss if you are reading this, if you were so concerned about maintaining a healthy business, look through these comments and reflect. Focus on providing quality and HONEST service instead of your marketing gimmicks. Make other customers’ experience more pleasant and they will return.

The standard dropped nowsday, the worker here seems slack to washing up your car, you have to really watch and check how they wash your car and if they missed anything. The boss tell me the car is done while the interior is not wipe clean at all. A few others car is complaining the worker straight away apply bubble when the car drive in without flushing away the dirt /sand first. I won't be coming back anymore. Try at your own risk.

Don’t ever come to this place. They will force you to do water wax or polishing and when you choose just a normal wash & vacuum they not happy. My experience today was the worst. I did normal wash & vacuum & I specifically told the boss to help me wash the car mats as well & he said ok all in RM10. When I came to collect my car the mats were soaking wet didn’t even bother to help me wipe. And there were still dirt on the seat & when I question him he said “oh we don’t vacuum the seats we only vacuum the floor.” This is the 1st time a car wash company don’t vacuum the seats. What a joke. And he still had the cheek to tell me that washing of mats by right is additional RM12 but this time round is free. He had no manners at all & was very rude.

One of the worst attitude I have ever seen in the service industry. The boss always gives a stuck up face, never smile and ignore even when greeted by customer. Suppose to have a card to chop for every visit. After 10 chops there is a free wash but the boss tear the card in front of me when I passed it to him when saying a word.

Drove in for a car wash. Guy in red kept pushing for their wax/polish services, but I insisted that I only need a car wash as I only did the polishing with them 2 months ago. He then rolled his eyes before getting his guys to do the car wash for my car. Previously when I came, they did a hard sell and indirectly forced me to do a polish and they didn’t do a good job, swirls (circle marks) were seen around the bonnet and roof especially after the polish/wax. Won’t be coming to this one again.

Bunch of crooks .. stated on their price list car wash for rm 10(mine just a normal car not Mpv), when service done ask for rm12?? Their argument for additional rm2 is because they provided additional vacuum services…. Wth..pls don’t visit this place guys
