I m a old myvi 2007 i will wash here once a month. So far so good. Very clean , that's why i come always . Rm16/wash+vacuum on weekdays. Been here every 1 to 1.5 months . Then i go downstairs for grocery village grocer or Ikea.

Sent for wash & vacuum, wax & nano fresh anti bacteria. When I picked up the car, I was rushing to get back with two young cranky kids so didn't check properly. Turns out they didn't even clean my front rim properly as there are still dirty brown stains on them and they also managed to break my radio antenna. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Signed package with the previous manager. That was a really good and polite manager. He remembered my car and will try his best to fix what we ask for. Polish or wax. Now i came again for car wash at 22/4/2022 and this new manager mentioned the previous manager resigned (not sure of the reason) and this current manager acted like a gangster. Totally not helpful and even scolded me for checking my car. After a 2 hrs of cleaning, i tried to wipe my car with my bare hand and its still full of dust. When i reflected to him and he said I did not pay for polish and those dirts required polishing. I paid the price with WASH AND WAX but did not Wax my car at all. It’s cheating us! Very poor service and bad attitude!!!! Never returning to this branch if this staff is still here.

Lousy , unprofessional and no standard whatsoever. The current person In charge is totally a gangster. He was shouting at my family for parking the car incorrectly and he drove off my car like as if its his own car, speeding and stamping hard on the breaks. He showed very very rude disposure. If he still works here I will not come and get the service here despite I have been cheated of the package due to this person ill mannerism.

Poor quality of work. Had a child vomited in my car. I cleaned most of the mess but needed them to clean 1 floor mat. Charged me RM80 for wash and interior cleaning, but it was not clean. Still some dirt on the seat. Really had no choice due to the smell. No wonder there were no cars there. AVOID.

Always turned away for service because always too many cars and they only accept those with membership. Too many times until I've given up and won't even bother.
