Very rude worker. Mostly Malay workers lack of customer service skills. Cuci kereta bukan bersih pun. No wonder lack of customer.

They ruined my car bumper painting yesterday. I always come here for normal car wash. Yesterday I tried for their polishing service. Took 4 hours to complete. Upon collecting my car around 8 pm, I saw polish dirt mark with red marking with multiple sign of rub. The workers took the tar remover and made it worse. The bumper lost it's colour and coating and still left with dark spot which was the bumper actual colour. I didn't took the photo of red marking & rub effect. I only took photo until they managed to clear the red rub markings. Very frustrating and upset. Suspect they had an accident with my car and tried to clear the evidence but it became worse. Based on explanation, the workers shouldn't simply put the tar remover at bumper since it was plastic material. Inexperience worker causing further damage. I had no other choice except to bring my car for repainting. They apologized and gave RM50 discount.
